Positive Behaviours in Sport Study

Sport Integrity Australia’s Positive Behaviours in Sport Study is an annual survey designed to measure Australians’ understanding and demonstration of positive behaviours while they are involved in sport.

Sport Integrity Australia has kicked off an annual research project designed to measure Australians’ understanding and demonstration of positive behaviours while they are involved in sport.

The Positive Behaviours in Sport Survey is the first of its kind and aims to seek thoughts and feedback from coaches and participants/athletes around what they think about the fairness and safety of sport in Australia.

The insights from this survey of thousands of members of sport will allow Sport Integrity Australia to understand the current level of knowledge Australians have in relation to sport integrity issues.

Most importantly, the information will be used to work alongside our colleagues in sport to improve education and awareness programs in the future.

The results of the first study are expected to be released in early 2025, and the survey will be conducted annually for the next four years to assess change over time.
