How have we made our website more accessible?

We worked with accessibility experts throughout the design and development of our website.

We are committed to constantly improving the accessibility of our website and are working toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA compliance.

Writing style and structure

We've done our best to make the information on our website clear and easy to follow.

We've also carefully organised each page so it's simple to navigate and fully accessible for anyone using screen readers or other assistive tools.

Screen readers

We've built every page with a clear separation between content and design, so screen readers and accessible browsers can navigate the site smoothly.

To make things easier, most pages begin with a 'table of contents' link to skip directly to information. We've also tested our pages using screen readers to make sure all alternative text descriptions are meaningful and helpful.

Browsers and devices

Our website is designed to work seamlessly with modern browsers. It's fully responsive, which means it automatically adapts to fit whatever device you're using, whether it's a phone, tablet, or computer.

Resizing text

You can resize the text on this website.

To zoom in, hold down the Control key (or the Command key on Apple computers) then press the + key.

To zoom out, hold down the Control or Command key then press the - key.

Contrast and colours

We've carefully tested our colour contrasts to make sure they're easy on the eyes and suitable for people with vision impairments.

Video

Whenever we can, we include closed captions and text versions of our videos to make them more accessible. We're also working on improving the accessibility of all our video content so everyone can enjoy it.

Additional accessibility features

We have tested that the site can be tabbed through without the use of a mouse.

Online services

We also offer certain web-based services that allow users to perform various functions (such as logging Athlete Whereabouts or checking substances).

These services may not be compatible with screen readers or other accessibility tools.

For help with these services call 1800 161 361.
