Christmas and New Year arrangements 2022
The Sport Integrity Australia office will be closed over the Christmas and New Year holidays from 24 December and re-opening on Tuesday 3 January 2023.
Our testing program will continue to operate.
Options on the Sport Integrity Australia Hotline: 1300 027 232 and email service may be limited during this time. Following are some alternative options that might address your immediate needs.

Our website might be able to answer your immediate questions. Run a search for the topic you are enquiring about.
Checking a medication
If you need to check an Australian medication or a substance, try the online Global DRO tool in the first instance. If you require additional assistance, send an email to: substance.enquiries@sportintegrity.gov.au and it will be attended to when services resume.
Whereabouts
All Registered Testing Pool athletes must provide their whereabouts this summer via ADAMS.
If you are unable to log in to ADAMS over the holiday period, it is important that you email us with changes to your whereabouts information by emailing: athlete@sportintegrity.gov.au
This will serve as a record of your change.
If you have a general whereabouts enquiry or issue with your ADAMS password, send an email and it will be attended to as soon as possible or alternatively contact: adams@wada-ama.org
Report an Integrity Issue
If you want to confidentially report an integrity issue in sport, Sport Integrity Australia’s online form is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Alternatively, you can call the Sport Integrity Australia Hotline.
Therapeutic Use Exemption
For matters relating to Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUE) send an email to ASDMAC via: asdmac@sportintegrity.gov.au. Include in the email your next competition and when it is on.
ASDMAC will attend to urgent TUE applications as required over the holiday closure. Non-urgent enquiries will be dealt with when the office re-opens on 3 January 2023.

Media services will be limited during the period. Full media services will resume from 3 January 2023.

Sport Integrity app
The Sport Integrity mobile app is a ‘one-stop-shop’ for you to:

The Sport Integrity App is compatible with both iOS and Android powered devices. It has been downloaded by more than 80,000 Australians. The app is free to download from both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
